If your payment for the order at the decorative-art.co.uk store has not been completed, you can try again in two ways:

- If you are not a registered user and do not have a customer account, please contact us by phone or email and provide the order number, and we will send you a payment link to the email address provided.

- Upon receiving your package, please thoroughly examine the item in the presence of the courier. Should there be any visible damage to the package or its contents, it’s crucial to document this immediately with the courier by drafting a report. This documentation is essential for processing any claims for damage.
- Please note, if the package is not collected for any reason and is sent back, you will be responsible for covering the costs associated with the return shipping.
What to do when your item arrived damage?
We make every effort to ensure that orders are packed with utmost care. However, circumstances beyond our control can occur during transit. For this reason, all our parcels come with insurance. If you discover any damage to your item upon unpacking, we urge you to get in touch with us right away. Please provide us with the following photographs:
- A picture showing the entire item and the specific damage clearly visible.
- A close-up shot of the damage.
- Images of all the internal packaging materials used.
- Pictures of the exterior of the box or boxes.
- A photo capturing the label and any other stickers on the package.
We also value any additional details or descriptions you can provide, as these will assist us in processing a claim with the courier service efficiently.
