§1. General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for purchasing and using gift vouchers offered by rzezbyzbrazu.pl, operated by Wojciech Socharczenko PixArt, based in Krakow, ul. Miłkowskiego 3/201, 30-349.
2. The general Store Terms and Conditions apply to these regulations unless they are in conflict with the provisions below.
3. A gift voucher is an electronic document that entitles the holder to pay for products available in the decorative-art.co.uk online store.
4. Purchasing a voucher constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

§2. Definitions

2. Purchaser: The person buying the voucher.

§3. Purchasing Vouchers

4. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where provided by applicable law.

§4. Usage Rules

• If the order value exceeds the voucher value, the User must pay the difference using available payment methods.
• If the order value is lower than the voucher value, any unused balance will be forfeited.

§5. Validity Period

1. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of activation, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
2. Upon expiry, the voucher becomes invalid and cannot be reactivated or extended.
3. Any unused funds remaining after the expiry date are non-refundable.

§6. Liability and Security

1. The voucher is a bearer instrument; rzezbyzbrazu.pl accepts no liability for its loss, theft, destruction, or the disclosure of the code to third parties.
2. The first person to provide a valid voucher code is deemed the person authorized to redeem it.
3. Commercial resale of vouchers without the express consent of decorative-art.co.uk is strictly prohibited.

§7. Returns and Complaints

1. Products purchased using a voucher are subject to the standard return procedure defined in the Store Regulations.
2. In the event of a return:

• Funds corresponding to the voucher value will be refunded in the form of a new voucher.
• Any additional funds paid via other methods will be refunded to the original payment source.

§8. Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions are available on the store’s website.
2. rzezbyzbrazu.pl reserves the right to amend these terms for valid legal or organizational reasons.
3. Changes do not affect the rights of individuals who purchased vouchers prior to the update.
4. For matters not covered by these regulations, Polish law and the Civil Code shall apply.
